The short answer is “Yes!”

We offer contracted “Pre-Con” services that include the pre-construction project development, budgeting, and schedule development activities. While these services are included in projects that are ready to price out, the complete development of a project scope, specification of materials and finishes, and schedule/budgeting activities can consume hundreds of hours of Project Management time. For complex projects that require this level of consultation, we ask for a contract to perform said services.
